GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms
The general terms and conditions of this online store are formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes.
These terms govern the operation of the online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and customers.
By placing an order, the user confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the general terms and conditions, the data protection policy, and the legal notice.
User Registration
User registration is required to place an order. Upon registration, the user receives a username and password, which uniquely identify them within the system.
Registration is completed as follows:

Complete the required fields and click NEXT.

Receive a confirmation email with login details (passwords can be reset at any time).
If you already have an account, log in directly.
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option.
Note: If the password email does not arrive, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
Payment Methods
The provider accepts the following payment methods:

Advance payment (bank transfer to account SI56 0412 3011 3908 580, Nova KBM).
Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be shipped.
Delivery Times and Methods

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are processed on the same business day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post). The provider reserves the right to choose an alternative delivery service if this ensures more efficient delivery.
Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.

If a product price changes during order processing, the customer will be informed and offered the option to cancel the order or select an alternative product.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and quantity of the shipment.

For international orders, the current price list of Pošta Slovenije applies.
Personal Pickup

Personal pickup is possible after full payment has been confirmed.

Proof of payment must be presented at the pickup location (the address will be provided by email).

On-site payment is also possible.
Purchase Process

After submitting the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
By clicking “Confirm Order”, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a written notice via the “Return Product” form (under Help for Users).

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice, a copy of the customer’s ID, and bank details for the refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, a complaint must be filed immediately with Pošta Slovenije.

The package must not be opened or altered.
Warranty

Products include a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice.

Data Protection
