Right to Withdraw from Purchase

The buyer must notify the provider in writing of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, specifically via the product return process. The goods must then be returned within a further 30 days.

The goods must be returned in appropriate packaging, undamaged, and in the same quantity (unopened in the original packaging). The product must not show any signs of use.
The original invoice, a copy of your ID, and your bank account details for the refund must also be included.

We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking and preparing the goods appropriately for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable, safe packaging).

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Cash on delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted.

Upon return, the buyer may request a refund, which the seller will transfer to the buyer’s bank account no later than 30 days after receiving both the notification of withdrawal from the contract and the returned goods.
We also offer product exchange in the online store.

Return of Damaged Shipments

If the package is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of having been opened, the buyer must initiate a claim process with the Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije).

This is done by bringing the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as received (without adding or removing anything) and completing a claim form.

Together with the Post of Slovenia, we will ensure that the claim is resolved as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Products have a warranty only if it is stated on the warranty certificate or on the invoice.
The warranty is valid when the instructions on the warranty certificate are followed, and the invoice is presented.

Warranty periods are stated on the warranty certificate or on the invoice.

If there is no information about the warranty, the product does not have a warranty, or the information is not known at this time.
In such cases, the buyer may contact the provider, who will supply the most up-to-date information.
